The AltTrack Med Monthly Peer Support Group is a confidential, student-led space designed for non-traditional pre-med students navigating unique personal and professional paths. This group offers an opportunity to connect with peers, share experiences, and process the challenges of the pre-med and med school application process in a supportive, nonjudgmental environment. Through open discussion and community-building, participants foster resilience, reduce isolation, and strengthen their sense of belonging within medicine.
The AltTrack Med Monthly Newsletter delivers curated insights, resources, and updates tailored to non-traditional pre-med students. Each issue highlights opportunities in medical education, shares relevant articles and tools, and features perspectives from within the AltTrack Med community. Designed to be both practical and engaging, the newsletter helps members stay informed, connected, and supported throughout their journey in medicine.
